Heavy & Dense Pricing
Items that are very dense and cost much extra to dispose of are subject to our heavy and dense pricing. Examples include: books, paperwork, bricks, sod, dirt, clay, ceramic tile, drywall, shingles…etc. We cannot transport more than about 3 cubic yards of heavy and dense materials. Junk Ninja has bed load pricing for heavy and dense removals. Our loads are maxed out at about 1 – 1.5 feet off the bed. The dimensions are: 12 feet (L) x 8 feet (W) x 1-1.5 feet (H) for bed load pricing.
Small amounts of heavy items mixed into your pickup of common household goods are charged 20 – 30% of the total volume. For example: You have a load of broken furniture mixed with concrete blocks, old books and drywall. The surcharge is applied to the total load size, whether it was ½, ¾ or a full truck. Our crew decide how much of a surcharge to apply based on how much of it consists of heavy and dense. We are 100% up-front about the price and guarantee no surprises on your bill when the work is completed.
