Do you remove compost as well?

We can also remove compost with your yard waste if you want. Composting is a great way to keep organic material out of landfills and can provide nutrient rich organic material for gardening. However, if you have a compost bin and decide that you don't want to keep it or the compost within, let us know and we can remove it for you.

Can I put tree branches in my recycle bin?

Tree branches and other wood materials cannot be recycled through curbside recycling pickup. You may think that since recyclable paper is made from wood, the wood materials would be okay to put out with your recycling as well. The truth is that recycling facilities are not equipped to process wood materials. Branches and other natural wood materials should be placed in yard waste bags.

How soon can I book my yard waste removal?

Do I have to be home when Junk Ninja hauls away my yard waste?

Provided we can access your materials and have a solid understanding as to what needs to be removed, we will call you once on site with an exact price. If you would like us to proceed with our Ottawa junk removal services we’ll process your credit card remotely upon completion. The items will have to be outside or under a carport as we cannot enter your home without the homeowner present. A receipt will be e-mailed to you promptly.
